5-Year Limited Warranty

Most products are warranted against structural manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from shipment to storage outside the Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC premises, or to damage resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Covering materials are not warranted against fading, wearing and performance or if cut by the customer or others. Printed textiles are not warranted against irregularity in register. Because of natural variations over which Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC has no control, this warranty does not extend to color, surface, grain or texture of leather, granite or wood; and Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC does not warrant matching of color, surface, grain or texture of these materials.

During the warranty period, Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC will repair or replace, at its option, defective merchandise manufactured by Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC. Certain items may be covered at a pro-rated value. This warranty does not cover labor, freight or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or returned product or part. This warranty does not cover any claim for loss of use of the product for any reason.

Certain components and products sold by Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC have warranties specific to the component or product provided by other companies. These warranties replace any warranty by Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC.

All other express warranties and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded. In addition, Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty extends to original customer only and is non-transferable.

Due to the design and construction of most of our product, many parts can be replaced at the end user’s location for warranty repairs. Dyer Royce Manufacturing LLC also makes available for sale the same parts for non-warranty repairs.
